Booking Terms

Please take the time to read and understand Booth Haus's booking terms. All confirmed bookings will be subjected to these terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once your booking form has been completed and the required booking fee has been paid. Until payment has been received, your event date cannot be guaranteed.

2. Payment

A non-refundable booking fee equal to 30% of the total booking price is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Date Changes

• Booking fees are non-refundable.
• Date changes requested more than 30 days before your event may be accommodated, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
• If Booth Haus is unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control, all payments made will be refunded in full or transferred to a new available date.

4. Venue Requirements

Clients must provide approximately 3m x 3m of level space, access to one standard 240V power outlet within 10 metres, safe access for setup and pack down, and suitable protection from weather for outdoor events. Booth Haus may relocate or cancel setup if conditions are unsafe.

5. Venue Permissions & Access

The client is responsible for obtaining any venue approvals required for Booth Haus to operate. Reasonable access must be provided at the agreed setup and pack down times. Booth Haus is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by restricted or denied venue access.

6. Setup & Pack Down

Setup and pack down are completed outside the booked hire period wherever possible. Delays caused by venue access, speeches, formalities or client requests do not extend the booked hire period unless additional time has been arranged.

7. Event Delays

If the booth cannot begin operating on time due to circumstances outside Booth Haus's control, the agreed finish time will remain unchanged. Additional operating time is subject to availability and charged at Booth Haus's current hourly rate.

8. Equipment & Guest Behaviour

Guests must use the equipment appropriately. Booth Haus may suspend or terminate the hire if equipment is intentionally damaged, guests behave in a threatening or unsafe manner, or staff safety is at risk. No refund will be payable in these circumstances.

9. Equipment Failure

Should unforeseen technical issues occur, Booth Haus will make every reasonable effort to repair or replace the equipment. If a significant interruption cannot be resolved, an appropriate partial refund or alternative solution may be offered.

10. Photos & Privacy

Unless requested otherwise in writing before the event, Booth Haus may use photographs of the booth setup and selected event images for marketing purposes. Sensitive or inappropriate images will never intentionally be published.

11. Travel & Parking

Travel outside our standard service area may incur an additional fee. Parking, tolls, ferry fees or venue access charges required for setup and pack down are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

12. Internet & Digital Sharing

Digital sharing features rely on mobile reception and/or internet connectivity. If these services are unavailable due to venue or network limitations, the booth will continue operating normally and digital files will be provided afterwards where possible. This does not constitute a failure of service.

13. Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor bookings, suitable protection from rain, wind and excessive heat must be provided. Booth Haus may suspend, relocate or cancel operation if conditions are unsafe.

14. Loss, Damage & Misuse

The client may be responsible for repair or replacement costs arising from deliberate misuse, negligence, vandalism, unauthorised movement of equipment or spills caused by guests. Normal wear and genuine equipment faults are excluded.

15. Force Majeure

Booth Haus is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, venue closures, illness, accidents or government restrictions. Where possible, bookings will be rescheduled.

16. Acceptance

Payment of the non-refundable 30% booking fee confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Booth Haus is committed to delivering a premium experience and will always do its best to ensure your event runs smoothly.
