Frequently asked questions
How much space is required?
We recommend that each event has a space of atleast 2.5m x 2.5m. We also require access to power and wifi. If there is no wifi access, please let us know!
Is set up and pack down included in the booking time?
Definitely not! Set up and pack down takes about 30-60 mins. Your booking time begins once set up is complete.
What happens if there is a tech issue?
If there is a tech issue, our attendant will deal with it immediately. If a tech issue impacts your booking time, we will add the time that the booth was out of action as extra time. If there are unresolved issues, we will offer a partial refund.
Can you add my logo to the photobooth strip?
Yes! This would be a custom template. Customisations such as logos, monograms and graphics are an extra cost.
